Returns

• We appreciate your business and want you to be happy with your order. If you are unsatisfied with any item for any reason, you can return it for a full refund [minus the original shipping costs]. All sale items are final. You must email customer service within 10-days of receiving your order, prior to shipping anything back. Returned items must be in their original form (not worn, altered, washed) and have all original tags/labels attached. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the items show any signs of wear, alterations, misuse or damage. Only items purchased at Shopkillafornia.com can be returned. Customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to Outline Clothing Co. Outline Clothing Co. will not be held accountable for any lost packages.
